RoseWrist accessories can be returned within 14 days. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Leather Straps: We do not recommend washing your leather wristband with water, as it may cause irreversible damage. Instead, a local watch repair shop or watch retailer may be able to provide professional cleaning services.

Mesh Straps: After removing the watch from the wristband, gently scrub the mesh strap with a mix of water and soap, using a toothbrush or similar tool to clean between the spaces in the watch band.

Link Straps: Given the sensitive nature of the material, the optimal approach for cleaning stainless steel link watch straps is to use a soft, clean brush.

RoseWrist timepieces are all water-resistant to a pressure of 3ATM, which means they are rain/splash resistant but should not be exposed directly to or submerged in water. We recommend taking off your watch before bathing, swimming, or engaging in any activity that may involve prolonged exposure to water. Please note that water damage is not covered in our 30-day warranty.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Simply enter the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to see the status of your shipment.

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. However, in some special situations, such as strikes, extended holidays, or severe weather conditions, the delivery time may extend up to 30 business days. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

All our products come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us at support@rosewrist.com for assistance.
